Wellness Access and all treatments are paid for when booking and can be cancelled at no cost up to 24 hours before. If cancelled between 24 and 12 hours before arrival, 50% will be refunded. If cancelled later than 12 hours before the treatment or at the no-show, the amount will not be refunded. It is possible to change the booking to a new date up to 24 hours before.

Special events - outside of our regular wellness access and treatment products, may incur different cancellation conditions. Please see each event for details, and please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Geckobooking.dk functions solely as a booking and payment channel. All payments will be forwarded to Scandic Spectrum.  Handling of incoming revenue and refunds are done directly by Scandic Spectrum
